Should you rent it or buy it?

Two things worth weighing beyond the numbers. Rented equipment stays our responsibility to service and replace, which matters most on machines with moving parts. And after recovery, purchased equipment has to be stored, maintained or resold — families often underestimate that part.

Tell us the situation
Message on WhatsApp with the patient's condition or the discharge slip. We confirm what is actually needed.
Send a CNIC copy
A photo of the renter's valid CNIC is all the documentation required. No heavy security deposit.
Pay the first month
One month's advance rent plus standard delivery charges. The full amount is quoted before you pay.
Delivery and demo
A technician delivers, installs and demonstrates the equipment at your home, usually the same day.
What is included, and what to check at home
Included in the monthly rent
- Cleaning, inspection and testing before every delivery
- Installation at the patient's bedside
- A full working demonstration for the attendant or family
- Standard accessories — mattress with beds, mask and flowmeter with cylinders
- Servicing or replacement if a unit develops a fault during the rental
Check these in the room first
- Doorway and stair width — hospital beds arrive in sections but still need a clear path
- Power points near the bed — concentrators, ventilators and pumps all need their own socket
- Backup during load-shedding — anything oxygen-related needs a UPS or generator plan
- Space on both sides of the bed — attendants need room to turn the patient safely
- Ventilation — concentrators run warm and should not sit in a closed corner

How quickly can equipment reach my home in Lahore?
Same-day delivery is standard in Lahore where the item is in stock. Discharge cases are usually the most urgent, so tell us the discharge time when you message and we will work backwards from it.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No heavy security deposit is required. We need a copy of the renter's valid CNIC and the first month's advance rent, plus standard delivery charges.
Can I rent for less than a full month?
The prices listed above are monthly rates. If the patient needs equipment for a shorter period, message us with the expected duration and we will tell you what the arrangement would be.
What happens if the equipment stops working?
Servicing during the rental is our responsibility. Message us and we will repair or replace the unit — you are not charged again for a fault in our equipment.
Should I rent a 5 litre or 10 litre oxygen concentrator?
That depends on the flow rate the doctor has prescribed, not on the patient's comfort. A 5 litre machine covers most home oxygen needs; 10 litre units are for higher prescribed flow. Send us the prescription and we will confirm which one is correct.
Do you install the equipment or just deliver it?
A technician installs it at the bedside and demonstrates how to operate it before leaving. For oxygen and ventilator setups, make sure whoever will be caring for the patient is present during the demo.
Can I rent now and buy the same equipment later?
Yes. If the patient's needs turn out to be long term, tell us and we will discuss purchase. The rent-or-buy table above shows roughly when buying becomes the cheaper option on each item.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes — we also serve Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery timing outside Lahore depends on the location, so confirm it with us when you book.
