Medical Equipment on Rent in Rawalpindi
Hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, monitors and mobility aids on monthly rent — from Saddar and Satellite Town to Bahria, DHA and Adiala Road. Every rate published below.
Rawalpindi is not Islamabad, and equipment delivery here works differently. Narrow streets in the older neighbourhoods, security clearance in the cantonment, and a large population of retired families caring for elderly parents at home. This page covers all of it, with the prices upfront.
Find the situation, and the equipment follows
Very few families arrive knowing device names. They know what has happened. Pick the closest case and the shortlist becomes obvious.
Home from hospital, staying in bed
Safe positioning matters more than anything in the first month.
- Electric hospital bed or a manual bed
- Air mattress before bedsores start, not after
- Bedside table and IV stand
Short of breath
COPD, low oxygen levels, sleep apnea, or recovering from a chest infection.
- Oxygen concentrator — makes oxygen from room air
- Oxygen cylinder for backup or short spells
- BiPAP machine, nebulizer
Discharged on support
A critical patient sent home, normally with a nurse in attendance.
An elderly parent, unsteady
Walking has become slow or risky, and a fall is the real worry.
- Wheelchair for hospital visits and getting out
- Walker for indoor support
- Commode chair where the bathroom is far

Narrow streets, old houses and cantonment gates
Delivery problems in Rawalpindi look nothing like Islamabad's. Two things cause almost all of them.
The older neighbourhoods
- Saddar, Raja Bazaar, Banni, Tench Bhata, Dhoke areas — lanes too narrow for a loading vehicle to reach the door
- Tell us the nearest point a vehicle can stop, and roughly how far the walk is from there
- Steep, tight staircases with sharp turns at each landing — measure the narrowest turn, not the door
- Older wiring: several devices on one circuit is a genuine risk, get it checked before delivery
- Where an electric bed truly will not fit, a manual bed is narrower, lighter and often the right answer
Cantonment and gated societies
- Chaklala, Westridge, Lalazar, Morgah, Askari — vehicle entry needs clearance at the gate
- Arrange the entry pass in advance; a delivery turned away at a gate loses the whole slot
- Bahria Town and DHA Rawalpindi — visitor entry procedures, share the exact phase and street
- Give us a resident's contact number the guards can call
- Larger houses here usually mean easier access once inside — the gate is the only obstacle

Arranging equipment around a hospital discharge
Most Rawalpindi orders begin at a hospital ward, and the ones that go badly are the ones arranged on the morning of discharge. The room is not ready, the bed arrives after the patient, and everybody spends the first night improvising.
What to do while still at the hospital
- Photograph the discharge summary and send it to us
- Ask the ward exactly what equipment the patient will need at home
- Ask whether oxygen is prescribed, and at what flow rate
- Confirm the discharge date and approximate hour
- Arrange nursing care at the same time, not afterwards
What to prepare at the house
- Clear the route from the entrance to the bedroom
- Decide which room, and check power points near the bed
- Leave space on both sides of the bed for a nurse to work
- Sort out backup power if anything oxygen-related is coming
- Have a clean surface for supplies, away from household items
When buying starts costing less than renting
Rental fits a recovery with an end date. If the patient will need the equipment indefinitely, buying wins after a certain number of months. On our own prices, here is roughly where that line falls.
| Equipment | Rent / month | Purchase | Buying wins after |
|---|---|---|---|
| Electric Hospital Bed | PKR 22,000 | PKR 196,000 | about 9 months |
| Ventilator | PKR 35,000 | PKR 270,000 | about 8 months |
| Oxygen Concentrator | PKR 15,000 | PKR 80,000 | about 5 months |
| BiPAP Machine | PKR 14,000 | PKR 65,000 | about 5 months |
| Manual Hospital Bed | PKR 13,000 | PKR 55,000 | about 4 months |
| Oxygen Cylinder | PKR 7,000 | PKR 28,000 | about 4 months |
| Suction Machine | PKR 5,000 | PKR 21,000 | about 4 months |
| Wheelchair | PKR 5,000 | PKR 16,000 | about 3 months |
| Nebulizer Machine | PKR 5,000 | PKR 10,000 | about 2 months |
| Air Mattress | PKR 4,000 | PKR 8,000 | about 2 months |
One thing the table cannot show: while equipment is rented, repairing or replacing it stays our responsibility. On anything with a motor, pump or compressor, that is worth more than the monthly difference suggests.
From message to installed
Send the details
WhatsApp the discharge summary or describe the patient's condition. We confirm what is genuinely needed.
Confirm access
Floor, vehicle access, stairwell turns, and whether the area needs a gate pass. This decides the slot.
CNIC and first month
A photo of the renter's CNIC, one month's advance rent and delivery charges. No heavy deposit.
Delivery and demo
Carried in, installed at the bedside, and demonstrated to whoever will be operating it.
Medical equipment rental in Rawalpindi — FAQs
Can equipment reach a Rawalpindi address the same day?
Same-day is standard where the item is in stock. Cantonment addresses can take longer if a gate pass has not been arranged, so mention that when you book rather than on the day.
Our street is too narrow for a vehicle. Is that a problem?
No, but tell us in advance. Beds and larger items are carried in by hand from the nearest accessible point. We just need to know the distance so the right number of people come.
Do you deliver inside the cantonment areas?
Yes — Chaklala, Westridge, Lalazar, Morgah and Askari. Vehicle entry requires clearance, so give us a resident's contact number that the gate can call, and arrange the pass beforehand where possible.
Is the price different from Islamabad or Lahore?
Rental rates are identical in every city we serve. Delivery charges are quoted upfront based on the address. Outer areas like Adiala Road, Chakri Road and Rawat take longer rather than costing dramatically more.
Our house has no lift and the stairs turn sharply.
Common in the older parts of the city and usually manageable. Beds come apart into sections. Measure the tightest turn on the landing and tell us — that is the measurement that matters, not the number of steps.
What happens if something breaks during the rental?
Repair or replacement is our responsibility for the rental period. Message us and we will sort it — you are not charged again for a fault in our equipment.
Should we take a 5 litre or 10 litre oxygen concentrator?
That depends on the flow rate the doctor has prescribed, not on how unwell the patient seems. Most home oxygen needs are met by a 5 litre unit. Send us the prescription and we will confirm.
Can we rent now and buy later?
Yes. Tell us and we will discuss purchase. The table above shows roughly when buying becomes cheaper on each item.
Tell us the situation, not the product name
Send the discharge summary, the doctor's advice, or simply describe what the patient is struggling with. We will confirm the right equipment, the exact monthly cost and a delivery slot that works with your address.
