What is Included vs. Not Included
- Included in Rent: Delivery within major Lahore areas, professional setup and installation, family demonstration on safe usage, and prompt repair/replacement if the machine develops a technical fault.
- Not Included: Patient-specific consumables for hygiene reasons (e.g., oxygen masks, nasal cannulas, BiPAP masks, suction catheters, IV giving sets). These must be purchased separately. Oxygen cylinder refills are also charged per use.

We simply require a clear copy of the renter's valid CNIC and the first month's advance rent paid at delivery. Highly specialized equipment (like ventilators) may have specific terms discussed during booking.
We specialize in rapid deployment for hospital discharges. For central Lahore areas (DHA, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, etc.), we typically deliver and install within 3 to 5 hours on the same day, subject to stock availability.
